CAPE-Ed™ Coalition for Compliance, Accountability, Policy, & Enforcement in Education
Rebuilding trust, restoring integrity, and reforming education—one institution at a time.
CAPE-Ed™ (Coalition for Compliance, Accountability, Policy & Enforcement in Education) is a national initiative dedicated to ensuring ethical leadership, transparency, real accountability, and lawful conduct across K-12 and higher education. We address institutional failures, advocate for policy reform, and empower families, students, and educators to speak up—and act responsibly—when systems fail them.
Our mission is clear: to make accountability in education non-negotiable.
Our Vision:To build a nation where real accountability and moral leadership define education—where every institution upholds transparency, integrity, and equal justice, and state and federal laws are enforced to protect every student, educator, and citizen.
Across the nation, schools and universities are facing a crisis of integrity and responsibility. From cover-ups of misconduct to biased curricula and administrative retaliation, the educational system has drifted from its founding principles of truth, ethics, and equal protection.
Too often, institutions protect their reputation instead of their students.Too often, “internal investigations” mean no real accountability.Too often, policies that promise safety and equity become shields for negligence.
CAPE-Ed was founded to change that reality—to make compliance and ethics more than paperwork. We bring together legal, civic, and educational reformers to expose systemic failures, document patterns of misconduct, and advocate for enforceable standards that put students and truth first.
